I. OUR LOGISTICS PHILOSOPHY

At Sykeclothing, we recognize that the journey of a premium denim piece—whether it is a rugged denim shirt, a tailored denim short dress, or casual denim shorts—is as critical as the craftsmanship itself. Our logistics operations are centralized in Anchorage, Alaska, strategically managed to ensure that our high-standard apparel reaches our customers across the United States with precision and care.

We partner exclusively with Tier-1 carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx, to provide a reliable hand-off from our facility to your wardrobe. This policy outlines our commitment to transparency, speed, and security in every shipment we dispatch.

II. CRITICAL SHIPPING TIMELINES

To provide a seamless shopping experience, we maintain a strict processing and transit schedule. Please note that all times mentioned are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

*Note: Orders placed after 17:00 AM EST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Our facility remains closed on federal holidays.

III. SHIPPING COSTS & DOMESTIC SCOPE

Sykeclothing operates with a simplified, transparent flat-rate shipping model. We do not apply hidden surcharges, fuel fees, or dynamic pricing based on distance within the United States.

Currently, Sykeclothing exclusively serves customers within the United States. This focused approach allows us to maintain superior control over the delivery quality of our denim collections.

IV. SHIPMENT VERIFICATION & TRACKING

Upon the conclusion of our 1-day handling period, your order is assigned a unique tracking identification number from one of our logistics partners (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). A formal Shipment Confirmation Email will be dispatched to the email address provided at checkout immediately.

To track your denim apparel:

  • Visit our "Order Tracking" page on the Sykeclothing website.
  • Click the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update the initial scan details.

V. DELIVERY PROTOCOLS & SECURITY

Address Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a comprehensive and accurate shipping address. This includes apartment numbers, suite details, or specific business names. Sykeclothing is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the user.

Modification Window: Due to our commitment to a 17:00 AM EST cut-off and rapid 1-day handling, modifications to shipping addresses must be requested within 1 hour of order placement. Once a package has entered the "Processed" stage, we cannot redirect it.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: We do deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. However, please anticipate an additional 2-3 business days for these specific locations due to internal military processing beyond our control.

VI. DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

Sykeclothing ensures that every denim item—from sturdy shirts to delicate short dresses—is packaged in secure, moisture-wicking materials. However, if transit issues occur:

Damaged Goods: If your package arrives with visible damage, please document the exterior packaging and the affected garment with high-resolution photos and contact support@sykeclothing.com within 48 hours.

Missing Packages: If your tracking status indicates "Delivered" but you have not received the item, please check with household members, neighbors, or building management. If the package remains missing after 48 hours of the delivery timestamp, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.

VII. RE-DELIVERY & REFUSED SHIPMENTS

In the event that a shipment is returned to our Anchorage facility due to an undeliverable address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or a refused shipment, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order ($6.99). Original shipping fees are non-refundable in these instances.
