All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars). If you are purchasing from outside the U.S., your bank may apply a currency conversion fee according to their internal policies.
III. BILLING & AUTHORIZATION
To ensure a smooth delivery experience within our 2-6 day transit timeline, please note the following:
- Authorization: Your card will be authorized and charged immediately upon order placement. This allows our Anchorage facility to begin the 1-day handling process promptly.
- Verification: For your protection, orders may be subject to a standard fraud verification check. Please ensure your billing address matches the information on file with your financial institution.
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed before our 17:00 AM (EST) cut-off will be processed within the same business day.
IV. PAYMENT DISPUTES & REFUNDS
In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, all approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 12 business days for the credit to appear on your statement after we have processed your return.
If you notice a discrepancy on your billing statement, please contact our support concierge immediately at support@sykeclothing.com before initiating a chargeback, as we can often resolve issues more quickly through our internal support channels.
