I. THE WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY
At Sykeclothing, we prioritize rapid fulfillment to ensure your denim essentials reach you within our promised 2-6 day transit window. Because our logistics hub in Anchorage operates with a high-efficiency 1-day handling protocol, the window for modifying or canceling an order is strictly limited.
Once an order passes our 17:00 AM (EST) cut-off time and enters the "Processing" phase, it is physically prepared for dispatch and cannot be retrieved from the carrier stream.
II. CANCELLATION PROTOCOLS
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please observe the following guidelines:
- Immediate Requests: You must email support@sykeclothing.com within 60 minutes of order placement.
- Subject Line: Please use "URGENT CANCELLATION: [Your Order Number]" to ensure our support team prioritizes your request.
- Fees: There are no fees for cancellations made within the valid window.
*Note: If your order has already been assigned a tracking number, it is considered dispatched. In this case, you may follow our 60-day Return Policy once the package arrives.
III. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
We understand that errors can occur during the selection of premium denim. We support the following changes if requested before our 17:00 AM (EST) cut-off:

IV. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If an order was processed with incorrect details and could not be intercepted, Sykeclothing will assist you in the following ways:
Refused Packages: If you refuse a delivery as a method of cancellation, a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your eventual refund to cover return logistics.
Incorrect Address: Sykeclothing is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify all details before finalizing your purchase.
