At Sykeclothing, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our denim collections. Whether you have purchased a premium denim shirt, tailored denim shorts, or a signature denim short dress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your choice. If for any reason your selection does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be as seamless and transparent as the stitch on our denim.
II. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY
We provide an extended return period to ensure you have ample time to evaluate the fit and quality of your purchase.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, your denim item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be free from any signs of wear, odors (perfume or smoke), and must be returned in its original packaging including all protective shields and labels.
III. THE RETURN PROCESS
Initiating a return at Sykeclothing is a straightforward professional procedure:
- Authorization: Contact our concierge team at support@sykeclothing.com within 60 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Documentation: Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item if the return is due to a perceived defect.
- Dispatch: Once authorized, secure the item in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our Anchorage facility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
IV. REFUND TIMELINE & DISBURSEMENT
Once your return package is received and inspected at our logistics hub, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to reflect the transaction on your statement.
V. EXCHANGES & MODIFICATIONS
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct fit or style is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This allows for immediate processing and ensures the desired denim piece remains in stock for you.
VI. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been altered, washed, or show clear signs of heavy usage. Clearance items marked as "Final Sale" are also ineligible for the 60-day return policy.
