We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
- International shipping is not available at this time, though we are actively exploring global expansion.
2. Order Processing Time
Once payment is verified, your order enters processing. Our standard processing times are:
- Orders before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri): Processed the same business day.
- Orders after 2:00 PM EST, weekends, holidays: Processed the next business day.
- Peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday, promotions): Allow an extra 1–2 business days.
You will be notified via email if an unexpected delay occurs.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once processed, typical delivery times are 2–4 business days, depending on location.
Delivery times may vary due to:
- Regional zones
- Carrier delays or volume
- Weather conditions
- National holidays
If your package has not arrived after 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Shipping Fees
We apply a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders, regardless of size or location.
No hidden fees.
Free shipping and other promotional offers may be available during special events. Check banners or email announcements for updates.
6. Tracking & Order Updates
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Tracking details may include:
- Shipment confirmation
- Estimated delivery date
- Transit checkpoints
If your tracking shows no updates for 72 hours, please contact us.
7. Shipping Issues & Support
Please reach out to us if:
- Tracking shows no movement for 5+ days
- The package is marked delivered but not received
- Your order arrives damaged
- No delivery after 7 business days
