What Makes a Product Returnable?

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn — no stains, wear, or odors.
  • All original tags attached.
  • Returned in original packaging (polybags, branded boxes, etc.).
  • Includes proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Items not in their original condition or missing essential elements may not be approved for return.

Return Timeline

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we’re unable to accommodate return or refund requests.

Starting a Return

Please include the following in your message:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • Proof of purchase (screenshot or confirmation email).
  • A brief explanation for the return.
  • A photo or video of the item — required if defective or damaged.

Our support team will reply within 72 hours with instructions tailored to your request.

Who Covers Shipping?
  • We cover return shipping if the issue is on our end (defective item, incorrect size sent, wrong product).
  • For all other situations, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid loss during transit.

Exchanges Instead of Returns?

Yes! We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective items.
  • Incorrect size or wrong item received.
  • Manufacturing flaws or fulfillment errors.

If your item meets the criteria, contact us at support@sykeclothing.com. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days unless required by law.
  • Items that fail eligibility checks will not be refunded.
